Kimber Releases New 1911 RAPIDE, R7 Mako, and Limited-Edition Micro 9

Kimber Mfg. is expanding the popular family of RAPIDE (Dawn) and RAPIDE (Scorpius) Custom 1911 pistols, as well as the groundbreaking R7 Mako™. Kimber is also creating a unique offering of the popular Micro 9 Raptor, called the Micro 9 Raptor Shadow.

The new RAPIDE (Dawn) and RAPIDE (Scorpius) are now available in .45 ACP and 10mm in addition to the 9mm variants originally released. Build quality and specifications for these extensions will match other RAPIDE 1911 models: stainless-steel slides with stepped cocking serrations and slide lightening cuts; 5-inch, stainless-steel match-grade barrels and Kimber’s proprietary Stiplex™ textured front strap.
